Information Systems Aston (ISA) is the central support department that
provides all of the University’s ICT services and facilities.
ISA Helpdesk
Located in Main Building (East 477) it is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm to assist
you with any IT problems you have at Aston. The Helpdesk can be contacted via

How to Log On
To log on to a computer you will need your username and password. These were
sent out to your personal e-mail account. If you don’t know your username and
password then you will need to go to the ISA Helpdesk.
Computer labs
Aston University has some 1,500 computers for students to use. A small selection
of the main labs are listed in the table below, and a complete list is available online
