Worcester Warriors has a long history of community involvement; it is and always has been an
integral part of our business. It is our philosophy and belief that in order to build a successful
business, you must build safe, strong and healthy communities.
This commitment is at the core of our business, it is what we do and our players and staff
acknowledge and fulfil their responsibility to society as part of their role every day.
With the launch of our Foundation in 2010 we have been able to unlock opportunities to
raise additional funds to increase the number of young people we support by creating new
programmes that directly address current social issues.
We work with our local schools to help re-engage young people. Utilising our own Study
Centre here at Sixways Stadium, we focus on skills for life. Whilst our Community Coaches
work off-site at schools, clubs and universities, giving as many people as possible the
opportunity to get involved in rugby.
Our commitment to local charities and organisations is stronger than ever and we are constantly
looking at ways to improve and expand.
